This attack was in relation with the detention of Maryam-e Rajavi by French police and closing the offices of MKO in Paris suburbs.
According to the reports from German Police, 50 MKO supporters demonstrated before the Iranian Consulate General in the north German city of Hamburg, 20 of whom tried to go inside the consulate with sabotage purposes when Police arrested them before doing so. The spokesman of Germany Police said that the protesters threw stones toward the building.
Other reports indicate that protesters broke the windows of the consulate and then occupied the building. They broke the furniture and splashed red fluid on the walls. They set the Iranian flag on fire.
This attack was directed by Mojahedin-e Khalq organization with the help of those exiles who are in the danger of being expelled from germany.
MKO has done similar acts in France, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Norway, Australia and some other countries.
Police said that it has arrested the protesters because they have violated the rules.
The remnants of MKO in Europe are planning to attack Iran and France embassies by supporters and non-member elements.
