Hassan Rowhani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), on the international campaign against terrorism, said that the United States is responsible for bringing into existence of al-Qaeda terrorist network in Afghanistan and its reorganization in the area.
In a meeting with special Advisor to the Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Okamoto, Rowhani said:
"The way it deals with Iraq-based terrorist Mojahedeen Khalq Organization (MKO), is in violation of the international campaign against terrorism."
