BBC reports that MKO has established two check points
BBC reports that MKO has established two check points in the road of Baghdad-Baqubah. These check points were controlled by Ba’th party up to last month in order to keep MKOs out of the reach of people, who believe MKO is a part of Iraq’s security service.
BBC adds: US and UK have labeled this group as terrorist due to its murderous acts toward Iran and due to the close relationship of this group with Saddam Hussein.
Iraq’s political parties express concern over this issue that Mojahedin, who have terrorist records, now have check points inside their country.
Suspicious eyes now target Americans, that first bombed MKOs but now it seems that it’s going to use them as a means against Iran.
Regarding the objection of all Iraqi parties to the presence of this group in Iraq and people’s anger toward them we should wait for their punishment for their cooperation with Saddam.
