Maryam Rajavi and 10 members of MKO are under provisional detention until they are trialed in French court.
17 members of MKO came to court on Sunday, including 7 women and 10 men among which Maryam Rajavi and Saleh Rajavi. They came to court while special security measures were taken by police in the area around the court. French security officials say that Mojahedin were going to transfer their bases to France after losing their main bases in Iraq.
Maryam Rajavi, who was handcuffed, was taken to Felori Merojis Prison in Paris and 10 other members were taken to other Prisons: Felori Merojis, Fern and Sante Paris.
6 other members were released under conditions and under the supervision of judicial system of France. Saleh Rajavi, Mehdi Abrisham Chi, Mohammed Seyed Al Mohaddesin and Afshin Alavi are among released ones.
