On Tuesday, 11 members of Mojahedin came to court and the session was held behind the closed doors. This appealing court will decide on whether 11 jailed members of Mojahedin, and their leader Maryam Rajavi, will stay in prison or no. Some judges have asked for staying of MKO members in jail due to the risk of disrupting public order. The hearing was supposed to be done on Tuesday but later it was postponed to Wednesday; Maryam Rajavi and 10 other MKO members are still in jail.
