MKO agent who had come to conduct terrorist operation in Iraq arrested by Police in Karbala, Al-Mohit reported
Al-Mohit website quoted Iraqi police as saying: "an Iranian captured in Karbala has confessed that he has entered Iraq with the help of Mojahedin-e Khalq in order to prepare a terrorist operation against the interim government."
According to ISNA, this website has quoted Rahman Amshavi, spokesman of Karbala Police Unit, saying: "10 iranians, and 9 Afghans, have been arrested for entering Iraq illegally."
"These Iranians and Afghans have been arrested during inspecting a hotel in Karbala. One of the Iranians has admitted that he has entered Iraq with the assistance of Mojahedin-e Khalq to provide preliminaries for a terrorist attacks against interim government," Amshavi said.
He continued: "this Iranian had two Iranian and Norwegian passports."
