The head of Iraqi Governing Council said that terrorist elements of MKO will be deported to the Iran.
Abdul Aziz Hakim said in an interview with Radio Free Iraq: those MKO members who have committed crime in Iraq will be tried in Iraq.
He said many Iraqi people have already complained about MKO crimes in Iraq.
He added: Iraq's transitional government has decided expel, extradite and try MKO terrorist elements.
RFI quoted also the Iraqi press saying: the elements of this organization should not leave Iraq without trial.
