Iran and Iraq are trying to put and end to the long-standing issue of Mojahedin-e khalq
Al-Qods Al-Arabi, london-based newspaper, referring to the issue of MKO as the top item in the agenda of Iraqi delegation to Tehran, wrote: "during talks with Iraqi side, Iran is trying to put and end to the issue of Mojahedin-e Khalq."
The newspaper, citing unnamed Iraqi officials, added: "MKO's case is one of the most important cases in Barham Saleh's trip to Iran."
Paper wrote: "During the talks, and in an exchange deal with Allawi's government, Tehran is trying to finish MKO's case."
Meanwhile, news sources have announced that Hazem Sha'lan, Iraqi Defense Minister, has been ordered by US forces to be silent on MKO.
At the same time, Al-Khalij Newspaper, referring to the trip of "Barham Saleh", wrote: "the make up of the Iraqi delegation proves that their mission is of security kind."
