The story of the MKO and Hotbird has now become a comic one
MKO's TV channel on Hotbird satellite has been stopped since last night (July 11, 2005). The story of the MKO and Hotbird has now become a comic one. First, in May, after the secret ties between Israeli secret services and the MKO were revealed and it was disclosed that Israel has provided transponder for the MKO on Hotbird by R R Sat, the mercenary cult of Rajavi was forced to find another service provider (which was German Company "Stellar DBS). Then in June, in less than a month, the cult was forced again to change service provider since the German company didn't want to provide services for this terrorist group any more. This time, Mojahedin-e khalq resorted to Spain's Radio and Television Company (RTVE) and signed a contract with TSA (Telefonica) and asked their viewers to tune in the new frequency. Now, it's nearly 24 hours since the broadcast of MKO TV programs on Hotbird (frequency: 11785) has been stopped and the stupid propagandistic system of Mojahedin has not given any comments on that. Experts say that with regard to the events during past few months, the Spanish company has possibly stopped giving services to the MKO after it has learned about the terrorist and cult-like nature of this organization. It's notable that this issue has raised questions on the legitimacy of the MKO internally and internationally. <1>Related story<1>
