As a witness in this report, we have said our words to the HRW and other human rights organization and our complaints are being followed. Unfortunately the only organization which is not at hand is MKO and its officials. We don’t have the facilities of the organization in Europe, they have a variety of MPs, expensive lawyers and supporters like Ms. Miteran who follows Maryam Rajavi blindly. But the organization has said about me that I am an agent of Islamic republic intelligence service. I was trained by the organization. They taught me to lie. Now the organization is defending itself as usual by insulting and accusing others. It is running away from direct answers, while there are undeniable traces of Mojahedin-e Khalq.
I was watching MKO’s TV channel when I saw that it broke the programs and announced a live program. Then a room in Paris was shown in which there were a number of reporters and scenes of hanging three people were being shown. Then the camera showed the faces of foreign reporters some of whom wept, some other seemed nervous, some wondering. The scenes of hangings were not shown on TV due to the regulations but it was horrific. I thought that after the film MKO would start criticizing the regime for its crimes and so on. But I was wrong. It started attacking those who presented the report and said that prison and torture is a bad thing. By showing that film (of hangings) Mr. Mohaddessin and Sanabargh Zahedi, in that conference in Paris, wanted to justify what the MKO has done in Iraq. They wanted to say: “This is our right”. Apart from the evidences and documents which prove the that MKO’s claims are baseless, I want to say that the recent report is only a response to the pains of 12 people, while there are thousands of people who were tortured, not in MKO prisons, but in MKO’s relations; even after arriving in Europe, they were eliminated through MKO’s relations. We have names of those who committed suicide in Europe. We have the names of those members who said that we are fighting for democracy in Iran but they became corrupted in Europe and were destroyed. This MKO organization has such a record. I believe that HRW report is flawed and it doesn’t include the rights of all those who have been destroyed in MKO’s prisons, like other reports which have not observed the rights of all those imprisoned in Iran. I remember that day when I stood before Massoud Rajavi and said that the story doesn’t finish here. He said: “Where does it end?”. I said: “let us go to Paris”. “Why Paris?” he asked. “Because there are one million armed Iraqi soldiers behind this door and I can’t speak”. “It’s irrelevant,” he said. “I would show its relevance later,” I said. Now, we are at that point. We are in Köln. I want to tell Maryam Rajavi and others that we finally met. We are faithful to our promises. Yes, we quitted that culture of torture, prison, betrayal, bothering innocents, crimes and …. Yes, we quitted it and we are proud of ourselves. We quitted that culture once we understood that depth of MKO’s cooperation with Iraqi estekhbarat; long time before prison and torture. We ask the leaders of the organization to accept the realities and submit to international investigations. There are a few people in the organization whose hands are still clean. After the fall of saddam a number of documents from Iraqi security services were published by dissident members. We saw that the organization received money for its cooperation with the former regime. We left our families for the organization, but the organization took advantage of that. A fuller report should be presented that includes those people who are silent. The organization should be accountable for its activities, even if it doesn’t answer the former members. A report with 12 people can be enough for all the pains that MKO has imposed on people. I have a lot to say. They behaved me violently. They imprisoned me in the toilet. Tied my hands, took me under the flagpole, put the plastic rope around my neck and took me up. I have the names of those who did it to me. It was in the February of 1996 when Mr. Mohaddessin had invited human rights communities to visit the camp in order to see whether there’s violation of human rights. In that very month I was being tortured by the order of Rajavi, under the supervision of Ms. Mahboobeh Jamshidi and the filed commander Mr. Mahmood Mahdavi known as Mahmood Ghaemshahr and another torturer of the MKO. There are several personal stories, so we want the investigation to go on so that we can take the case into an international court. Because the crimes of Mojahedin-e Khalq are the crimes against humanity. They were involved in killing the Kurds and its documents have been published by Kurd groups and live witnesses in Europe confirm this. So, we want more accurate evidences be presented. Thanks for your time.
