I escaped from Ashraf camp and went to the US-run camp. Of course, Mojahedin didn't let me go but when the State Department interviewed me I didn't return to the Camp of Mojahedin and instead, I went to the US camp. Americans were shocked by hearing what the MKO had done to me. The MKO is a paper tiger and nothing else
In the name of God; My name is Mohsen AbuFazeli from the city of Tehran. I left Iran and went to Turkey because of financial problems. After a month there, I was still unemployed. I found a person who said that he knows some people who can give me job and also can send me to Europe. He was a supporter of the MKO. He said that I had to go to Iraq. "You would be trained there for 3 or 4 months and if you wanted to stay you would receive 600-700 dollars each month otherwise you would be send to Europe to work there as a supporter of the MKO," he said. I accepted his words but when I went there I found that it was all lie. I had no way back.
One of the things that Mojahedin hated much was "gathering" by a number of people. They claimed of democracy and freedom but there was choking situation there. No one dared to talk. We took advantage of this weakness of the MKO and gathered together and talked about women, wife and life. We disrupted "current operation" sessions by laughing with loud voice. They took me aside and said that I should not act like this. I pretended that I didn't understand but in fact I knew what I was doing. They had closed all doors on me, and I was doing the same with them.
I asked questions about Maryam Rajavi who claims of being presiden-elect and about Fahimeh, who's in charge of the organization. They held a meeting and insulted me for two hours. They said why I had raised questions about the leaders of the MKO. Then they held another meeting and asked who was I? and Why I had gone to the MKO? "Who are your? What do you want here?" they asked. I said: "You claim of honesty and friendship but I have seen nothing from you except lying. You lied to me. There's no salary here, no freedom. In Turkey, Mojahedin said that there are lots of women in the MKO and you shouldn't be worried about that…". I had not finished my words when they attacked me and beat me severely. They broke my hands. Who's going to answer about that? You claim of freedom, honesty and sacrifice and this is what you have done to me!
The MKO is a paper tiger and nothing else. They claim a lot, but they are nothing. In recent war I was with them, they could do nothing. My commander, Bizhan Moayedi was killed in the war, another member called Shafi' was also killed, another members was wounded and then captured by Kurds. They brought another commander for us but he escaped to Ashraf camp. I'm an ordinary person. If I'm responsible for the lives of 4 people I would try to save them first and then think about myself. But our commanders were the first who escaped. I swear to God that they're nothing in the war. I wish to face them again. MKO is a paper tiger and I believe when fighting them, a small weapon is enough.
Mojahedin don't accept the words of others. I don't believe in the MKO. They're moving dead. Honor and respect has no meaning for them. If you insult the God and prophet they say nothing but if you say a word about Massoud and Maryam they will kill you.
